1. Order Cancellation Window

• Customers may cancel their order within 30 minutes of placing it.

• Cancellations made after 30 minutes will not be accepted, as the order will already be processed for dispatch.

• If you attempt to cancel after the 30-minute window or refuse delivery, the delivery charge will be borne by the customer.

2. How to Cancel an Order

To cancel an order:

1. Contact Chebarbartiko Shop within 30 minutes of placing your order.

2. Provide your order number, name, and reason for cancellation.

3. Our team will confirm your cancellation and process any applicable refund.

3. Cancellation After Dispatch

• Once an order has been dispatched or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

• If you still wish to return the product upon delivery, the return policy will apply, and delivery charges will not be refunded.

4. Refund for Canceled Orders

• Orders canceled within the 30-minute window will receive a full refund (if payment was made in advance).

• Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days through the same payment method used for the order.

• For late cancellations (after 30 minutes), the delivery fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Order Modifications

If you wish to change your delivery address, contact number, or product details, please contact our support team within 30 minutes of placing the order.
Once the order is processed, modifications cannot be made.

6. Exceptions

Chebarbartiko Shop reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

• Payment failure or verification issues

• Fraudulent activity or suspicious orders

• Product unavailability or pricing errors

In such cases, you will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued where applicable.

7. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of Kenya, and any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the Eldoret courts, Uasin Gishu County.
