• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and courier services.

• Customers are required to verify products upon delivery and report any issues promptly.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method within 7–14 working days after verification.

• Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

7. Pricing & Availability

• All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
